ElleyMate 3590 – Basic Version

ElleyMate 3590 – basic version of an active device for limiting the spread of fire effects during the early stage. It responds to rising temperature within the protected internal space by closing the space and releasing a loose-fill material, thereby limiting the free spread of flames and smoke into the surrounding area. After cooling, emptying, cleaning, inspection, replacement of the thermal safety element and, where necessary, other worn parts, the device can generally be returned to service. In many cases, the loose-fill material can also be reused. The device does not use electrical energy for its basic operating function. The device is equipped with normally closed contacts indicating the lowered position of the flaps and elevated temperature near the bottom of the device, allowing it to be connected to an alarm signalling system.
